- 100 ml coconut milk (I don’t use it this time)
- 1/2 big cabbage, cut
- 2 big ripe tomatoes
- Salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, mushroom seasoning powder
- Spring onions and fried shallots for garnish
